VLCC History

In June 2007, a group of professional Australian Lebanese met and collaborated to develop a mission and vision for the establishment of the Victorian Lebanese Community Council (VLCC) in Victoria.
The VLCC came together to foster a deeper understanding of its vibrant Lebanese community in Australia, thus breaking stereotypes and resulting in promoting social harmony. The VLCC vision is about amplifying the voice of Australian Lebanese by supporting and empowering Australian Lebanese to actively participate across the wider Australian community.
The VLCC board is a vibrant reflection of the whole Lebanese Australian community, having a representative from different religious backgrounds.
